Are you a keen digital marketer eager to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Digital Performance Consultant to join our Performance Marketing team.
You have some experience in Paid Social, specifically Facebook/Instagram, developing an overall strategy and executing it through various digital platforms. You have some exposure with Organic Social and understand how Paid and Organic work together. You are well versed on Facebook Business Manager. You know how to set-up campaigns efficiently using lookalikes, and retargeting. You are comfortable working with clients in terms of day-to-day communication and presentations.

Initially, you will work very closely with the existing Senior Performance Consultants, assisting with the campaigns and programs they run for our clients.
Once you are across our Sonar way of working, you will take ownership of a portfolio of clients in terms of strategy and ongoing delivery. On top of that, you will have an opportunity to work across other areas of performance including SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Website Optimization, Programmatic Display, Native, EDM, Analytics, Dashboarding, Website Tracking and any other digital marketing channel you can think of.

We are looking for a Digital Performance Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team based in our Melbourne HQ! If you are eager to expand your skill set, and build your experience “on the tools” this is the role for you. You will work alongside a diverse set of loyal clients who will value your enthusiasm, problem solving skills, big ideas, and ability to put their business goals first.
Initially, you will work very closely with the existing Performance Consultants, assisting with the campaigns and programs they run for our clients. You will coordinate campaigns, liaise with clients and assist with implementation (coordinate creative, manage budgets, help with reporting, implement optimizations, contribute to strategy).
On top of your existing skill set, you’ll have a great opportunity to learn the language of SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Website Optimization, Programmatic Display, Native, EDM, Analytics, Dashboarding, Website Tracking and any other digital marketing channel you can think of.

You are experienced digitally-led Project Manager, Producer, or Senior Account Manager, and looking to further your career and help manage multiple, simultaneous client activity for medium-sized client organisations. You are keen to gain more experience on a range of technical and campaign based projects (data and insights programs, websites, social marketing campaigns) and help manage your client’s expectations, and report the project progress against agreed milestones. You are accountable, responsible, organised, detailed and a clear communicator. You are also a strategic and creative thinker, and relish solving clients’ problems. You are comfortable leading and managing a suite of clients accountability, and helping work with the wider Sonar team to execute and implement end solutions.
